Four finalists per event.

TwoRedShoes Performing Arts School offers classes in dance, drama and musical theatre in Ballymun and Malahide. Students range from 4 to 17 years of age.

Since its small beginnings in 2010, TwoRedShoes has gone from strength to strength.

This performance will give the students an exciting platform to showcase their growth and skills as performers.

“Dance” will be performed by the Performers Academy @ The Peelo School of Dance. The Performers Academy is a youth dance company for senior pupils from the four branches of the Peelo School of Dance. Those pupils who have been successful in obtaining a place in the Performers Academy are given the chance to attend workshops and classes with professional companies and to perform at different events throughout the year.

The Brewery of Eggshells: The stories are suitable for ages 5 years and
upwards. They are drawn from Irish Folklore and legends and you will hear
about the curious girl, the king with horses ears, the inquisitive boy who
is not afraid of the underworld, the squinty eyed changeling and other weird
and wonderful creatures from Irish mythology.

Nuala and Kate will tell these stories to celebrate the magic month of May.
Bealtaine / May, the beginning of summer was always a special month in the
Irish calendar, a time when strange and mysterious things can happen.

Shadow theatre for ages 4+

Join Alice on her magical adventure as she chases the White Rabbit back in time. A fantastic spiralling journey into Wonderland!

Watch her change size in this dream-like adaptation of the famous Lewis Carroll tale brought to you by Indigo Moon Theatre. On her trip she meets the Cheshire Cat and the March Hare at the Mad Hatter’s tea party.

The show celebrates different shadow techniques and is inspired by the Gothic architecture and mediaeval times of the original white rabbit statue found in St. Mary’s Church, Beverley, East Yorkshire.

Beware the Queen of Hearts or you might just lose your head!
