DCU Celebrates 21 Years of Student Musicals Dublin City University’s student production of Little Shop of Horrors celebrates 21 years of musical theatre and premieres on Thursday 19th April. As many of you may have seen in yesterday's Evening Herald, RTE's The Voice of Ireland will begin filming at The Helix in late October. Judges for the show are Sharon Corr, Niall Breslin, Kian Egan and Brian Kennedy. Hosted by Kathryn Thomas and Eoghan McDermott, the show will consist of three phases, a blind audition, a singing battle and live performance shows. The eventual winner will be awarded a recording contract with Universal Music. The first round of filming is blind auditions during which 120 hopefuls will attempt to secure a place in the battle rounds.
