The Helix avails of first class technical facilities in all of its auditoria, making it a fantastic venue for all type of artistic productions, as well as corporate events.
An experienced in-house professional technical team works in the venue, providing all round technical support, including sound, lighting, and stage engineering.

The backstage areas are arranged along a linear block with a service corridor at the back of the building. The Workshop, House Manager Office, Green Rooms, Stores, Costumes/Props. areas and single person dressing rooms are located at this level.
At first floor level a series of large dressing rooms are provided with an overall dressing room capacity in excess of 90 performers. It is intended that by careful management, these dressing rooms can be shared by each performance space.
Access for deliveries is possible from the service road with large doors to the workshop.
Administrative Offices are located on the second floor level and library, storage and dressing rooms are also arranged in backstage areas.
