It is with deep regret that we announce, in line with current guidelines, that due to a number of cast and crew close contacts of a Covid case, The Helix Panto must temporarily close from today, Monday 20th of December and will re-open on January 2nd.
We know that this temporary closure is disappointing for our loyal audience we apologise for the upset caused. We have worked diligently to protect our cast and crew, including antigen tests daily for the full company and are heartbroken that we find ourselves here. But the safety of our cast, crew and audience is our highest priority and we must follow advice as issued by the HSE.
Ticket holders for performances from now until 31st of December will be contacted by The Helix Box Office as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued. Please bear with us as we work through each show chronologically starting with shows that were to take place tomorrow, Tuesday 21st of December. We ask you to refrain from contacting the box office directly at this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through refunds for each show.
Tickets booked for all performances from January 2nd onwards remain valid.
