Customer Notice- Government Guidelines

    Government Guidelines

We will require patrons to present their Digital Covid Certificates for an EMA Approved Vaccine, HSE Vaccination Record or a COVID-19 Recovery Certificate if you have recovered from COVID-19 in the last 6 months, and ID on arrival at the venue for ticketed events.

Please remember your face covering. It must be worn at all times within all areas of our building. If you are exempt from wearing a face covering please let our Front of House team know as soon as you arrive. Where possible, please do not bring extra bags into the theatre, to reduce clutter at your seats. We have increased the circulation of fresh air throughout the building so it might be cooler than you are used to. You may want to bring an extra layer, just in case.

Hand sanitising stations are positioned throughout the public spaces for audience members to use and we ask that you do so frequently. Please follow directional signage and adhere to social distancing when using our Front of House spaces.

We are promoting a one-way experience that reinforces social distancing guidelines.

We have implemented protective screens at till points.

Additional signage to promote hand washing and best hygiene practices have been posted throughout the building.

What can you do to help us promote a healthy environment?

We are doing all we can to promote a healthy environment, and in doing so, we also rely on you to keep recommended self-care in mind for your safety and the safety of others. Throughout your experience, please be mindful of current Government guidelines and public health recommendations.

If you or a member of your party has a temperature or is feeling unwell, please contact our Box Office to discuss options for a Refund.

1.Wash your hands often, using soap and water, for a minimum of 20 seconds.

2.Help us promote social distancing by distancing yourself appropriately from others who are not part of your party and do not shake hands or hug.

3.Please keep your party together, especially if there are children in your group, to help maintain social distancing with other visitors.

4.Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or sleeve when coughing or sneezing and discard used tissues safely.

Your support is greatly appreciated and we look forward to providing a safe experience for all our customers.

The Helix hopes to reschedule the majority of events and tickets will remain valid for the later performance.

As this is a live and uncertain situation, all rescheduled dates cannot be confirmed at this time.  The Helix will endeavor to contact all affected ticket-holders with more information regarding refunds and rescheduling of performances.

The health and welfare of our staff, patrons and performers is our utmost priority at this time.
