The Three Amigos Live in Concert

The Three Amigos

THE ravages of the Covid-19 may have taken their toll but there is a substantial light at the end of the tunnel in an entertainment context.

For quite a number of years now, the hugely popular ‘Three Amigos’ tour has never failed to generate enthusiasm, lift spirits and provide a rare musical treat that invariably caters for even the most discerning tastes.

And so it is that Jimmy Buckley, Robert Mizzell and Patrick Feeney will once again bring their spectacular concert extravaganza to some of the most prestigious venues across the country as part of  their latest nationwide tour

Entertainment in all its forms may have had to be put on the back burner since March last year but the ‘Three Amigos’ have already vowed to make up for lost time by bringing their famed show to a new peak.

While the trio have already sampled fame in the country music arena, recent history has shown that variety, versatility and indeed humour are very much key components of their collective stage show.

The music sphere may have been barren of late but if anything this has made these particular troubadours now even keener to stamp their indelible imprint on it in no uncertain manner.

Certainly Jimmy Buckley fires out a very determined message when he declares: “Many people have been deprived of the opportunity to enjoy live entertainment in any form for quite a number of months and now we certainly want to offer what we consider to be a very special show which will enkindle particular memories for everyone.”

Country material may underpin the show but a ration of ballads, rock n’ roll, 60’s and standards will ensure that even the most demanding taste buds are catered for.

Few singers, indeed, can match Patrick Feeney when it comes to big ballads while Robert Mizzell’s brand of country and upbeat material puts him in a class of his own.

“Our aim will be to try and give people a lift after all that they have been through. We will be putting a huge effort into the show and it is our sincere hope that it will find favour with concert-goers,” says the recently-engaged Patrick.

And Robert’s dynamism shines through when he adds: “We like to think that over the years we have established a very special concert brand but you can be sure that we will never err on the side of complacency. We are already working on fresh ideas and some innovations in the hope of providing the very best for concert-goers.”

With a top-class backing band and an eye-catching stage setting, the ‘Three Amigos’ spectacular has long since earned its own niche in the annals of Irish entertainment.

Initial reaction to the northern shows suggests that tickets will become prized possessions when they go on sale – indeed, it will be very much a must-see show.

Tour specialists J & C Promotions are noted for their dedication, professionalism and attention to detail and this will certainly be reflected in each and every show.

Info on our Air Handling Units

  • Air Handling Unit info: Our auditoriums are standalone sealed rooms when all doors are closed. A Minstral Air, Air Handling Unit is dedicated to each room. AHUs have the capability for heating or cooling the auditoriums. AHUs also have the capacity to continually exchange 100 % fresh air in the auditoriums to comply with COVID-19 REHVA regulations. The Building Management System (BMS) that controls the AHUs is programmed to supply 100% fresh air into the room and extract 100% air from the room before, during and after the room is occupied by an audience, staff or performers. The Air Handling Units dampers are closed to prevent any " recycling " of air in the auditorium. The BMS is monitored regularly checked for compliance by DCU Estates and The Helix.
