Why do I have to pay a Booking Fee?

The Booking Fee is an administration cost.  Customers are charged €2.00 per ticket up to a max of 10 tickets over the phone and online and €1.00 if booked in person in the Box Office.

Your booking fee pays for the production of your tickets and also goes towards the running costs of The Helix Box Office.

The Booking fee you pay is in addition to the advertised Ticket Price.  The money you pay for your ticket goes directly to the show/tour promoter.  The Booking Fee goes to The Helix

Will my seats always be allocated together?

When there is high-demand for a particular show, customers are not given the opportunity to chose their own seats.  Our ticketing platform will chose the "best available" seats on your behalf.  On very rare occasions when only single seats remain  - you may be allocated single seats in different parts of the auditorium.  Although this does not happen very often we ask bookers to please review your seating allocation prior to confirming your payment and transaction as refunds will not be given.
